成员常驻于杭州与柏林,我们从双手劳动、在地生活与多元文化出发,通过种植采集、食农研究、艺术餐饮、产品设计、工坊协作和展览策划等行动,探索人与自然协作共生的未来生活方式。

我们期待与具有同样愿景的食物品牌、生态农场、文化项目、艺术团队展开合作,共同发酵。

“TÍHÚ 醍糊” is an interdisciplinary food design studio that takes food as its language, fermentation as its method, and the microscopic scale as its measure.

Based between Hangzhou and Berlin, our practice grows from manual labour, local living, and cross-cultural exchange. Through planting and foraging, agri-food studies, artistic catering, product design workshop design and exhibition curation, we explore sustainable ways of living and collaborating with nature.

We look forward to collaborating with like-minded food brands, ecological farms, cultural initiatives, and art collectives — to ferment together.
